Fig 1Master Adaptive Intelligence Architecture

"The learning loop is necessary; the cross-cutting controls determine whether it becomes useful intelligence." The loop runs around a center of Model Revision (memory + adaptation). Below the loop sit Compression, Transfer, and Emergence, in that order and not guaranteed. Toggle the cross-cutting controls: the run log shows what each control changes when it is absent.

Idle. Center of the loop: MODEL REVISION (memory + adaptation). Emergence is drawn below Transfer, outside the loop.

§2What Is Missing — The Gap Register

Fourteen objects the v0.1 dossier lacks. Each gap is a point where the theory can become circular, unmeasurable, or computationally incomplete unless explicitly modeled. Click a gap for its required treatment.

Select a gap.

The Primitive-Selection Test (§2.1)

A candidate becomes a primitive only when it survives all four tests. Rule, from the Blueprint: "Do not promote concepts because they sound fundamental. Promote them because attempts to derive or remove them fail."

Check the tests the candidate survives.

§3Formal Polarity and Emergence Model

The insight, restated as a conditional mechanism: higher-order capability may emerge when meaningful difference remains inside a viable container long enough for pressure to be converted into feedback, retained learning, and structural adaptation. Pressure is not the cause by itself. Set the variables; the Blueprint's candidate functions compute live.

The functions are a disciplined way to expose assumptions, not evidence (Blueprint §3.2). EmergenceConfidence uses the document's sigmoid form with unit placeholder weights for Transfer, Persistence, Damage, and Memorization inputs, which you set below the variables; the document states the coefficients must be learned, calibrated, or bounded by domain.

The six phase regimes (§3.3) — condition, signature, correct response

§3.4Partnership Polarity — The Coupled Decision System

In a partnership such as Jeramie and Bryan, the system of interest is not either person alone. It is the coupled decision system their recurring interaction creates: individual models, shared memory, trust, role boundaries, commercial feedback, and governance.

Rules

Complementarity is measured by information gained from difference, not by personality labels.

Conflict becomes productive only when disagreement converts into a decision, an experiment, or a revised representation.

Repeated unresolved conflict is evidence of a governance defect, not automatically proof of productive polarity.

The emergence test for the partnership itself: it has emerged into a higher-order operating system when, as a unit, it does all four better than either party acting independently. (Self-assessment template; illustrative.)

0 of 4 demonstrated.

§4Developmental Capability Tensor + Tier Ladder

Chronological age is the wrong governing axis. Development is a vector of capabilities that varies by domain, state, and context. The Blueprint's twelve axes differ from the Atlas radar; the tier ladder below the radar is this document's addition. Values illustrative; the architecture is the point.

§5Latent Knowledge, Memory Lifecycle, and Adaptive Retrieval

Latent knowledge is encoded experience whose value has not yet been realized. Its usefulness depends on the probability that a compatible context activates it at the correct resolution. The calligraphy example demonstrates delayed utility and cross-domain recombination; it does not prove all exposure is valuable.

Idle. Ten stages from Exposure to Reconsolidation.

Candidate Retrieval Score (§5.3)

Required Resolution

RequiredResolution = f(uncertainty, consequence, novelty, contradiction, user intent). The system retrieves the cheapest adequate representation first, then expands toward evidence when the inputs justify the cost.

Twelve retrieval variables govern this (§5.2): encoding strength, cue overlap, structural similarity, salience, recency/repetition, source reliability, context fit, retrieval competition, interference, expansion cost, consequence/risk, bridge confidence. Each has a named failure if absent: without bridge confidence, analogy is mistaken for mechanism.

§6Compression and Loss Accounting

Compression is constructing a lower-cost representation that preserves the information needed for a defined class of future decisions. Every compressed object carries ten fields, and every compression publishes its loss ledger.

Non-negotiableA principle must not travel farther than the evidence and boundary conditions encoded with it.

Compression object: "Constrained Polarity Emergence" (worked example)

Loss Ledger — generated from what the compression drops

Toggle a field off and it moves into the ledger. A compression with no ledger is exactly the failure mode R-06 (Compression opacity) names.

§7Emergence Qualification Protocol — The Scorer

Emergence is a high-threshold classification, not a synonym for surprise, improvement, or emotional transformation. Score the candidate capability on all eight dimensions (0-3 each, anchors from the Blueprint). Provisional classification requires: total at least 18 of 24, no zero in Persistence or Robustness, and documented evidence that memorization alone is insufficient.

All ten qualification criteria (§7.1)
  1. A behavior or capability appears that was not directly encoded as one stored answer or procedure.
  2. The capability persists across repeated trials rather than appearing once by chance.
  3. Performance remains above baseline under controlled environmental variation.
  4. The capability transfers beyond the exact context that produced it.
  5. Future learning cost decreases because the new structure accelerates related adaptation.
  6. The capability composes with other capabilities without requiring total retraining.
  7. Performance cannot be explained primarily by retrieval of memorized examples.
  8. A measurable reorganization in representation, strategy, or architecture accompanies the behavior.
  9. The capability survives removal or reduction of the original pressure.
  10. Independent evaluation can detect the change using predeclared criteria.

§8Corpus Ingestion and Canonicalization

The largest practical gap: the archive has not yet been reconstructed into a governed corpus. Until it is, the project cannot know which concepts are already built, which were renamed, which contradict one another, or which ideas have outcome evidence. The unit of work is the atomic claim, decision, mechanism, experiment, or example — not the document.

Idle. Six source classes feed the pipeline: conversations, documents, code, operational outcomes, personal archive, external evidence.

Twelve atomic object types (§8.2)

Select an object type.

Canonicalization rules (§8.3)

  1. Preserve source text and immutable source identity before transformation.
  2. Attribute speaker, model, author, and timestamp wherever available.
  3. Do not merge objects solely because their words are similar.
  4. Do not split objects solely because terminology differs.
  5. Merge only after comparing scope, mechanism, predictions, and evidence.
  6. Preserve rejected and superseded versions as lineage, not clutter to delete.
  7. Keep Jeramie-originated material distinguishable from assistant-originated suggestions.
  8. Require a decision receipt for every promotion to canonical status.
  9. Attach confidence to the claim and to the extraction quality separately.
  10. Re-render the corpus at multiple resolutions after every canonical release.

§9Executable Engineering Architecture — 16 Services

A proposed responsibility map, in the Blueprint's own caution: not a claim that every component is already implemented. Click a service for its responsibility. Below it, the Context Compilation Flow (§9.2) runs end to end.

Select a service.

Context Compilation Flow (§9.2)

Idle. Pseudocode from the Blueprint, executed as a simulation: intent, risk, retrieve, rank (HKRS), expand until adequate, reason under governance, receipt, execute, update the corpus.
Operator Interface (§9.3) — eight required surfaces
  • Master map with zoom from canon to evidence.
  • Contradiction inbox with side-by-side source and scope comparison.
  • Claim promotion queue with decision receipt generation.
  • Adaptive context inspector showing why each object was retrieved.
  • Compression inspector showing the loss ledger and expansion path.
  • Experiment dashboard with preregistered predictions and outcomes.
  • Decision timeline linking intent, evidence, action, outcome, and revision.
  • "Already built" map separating live systems, partial prototypes, specifications, and abandoned branches.

§12Machine-Readable Canon — No Floating Claims

Every canonical object must exist as structured data; prose is a rendering, not the sole source of truth. Document control sets the operating rule: every claim must carry provenance, scope, confidence, falsifiers, and lineage. Build an object below and watch the gate check it.

The example object in the Blueprint ships with empty prediction, falsifier, and evidence lists and confidence claim 0.0: a candidate, honestly labeled. Ten relationships complete the model: supports, contradicts, refines, supersedes, derives_from, implements, tests, observed_in, transfers_to, analogous_to, requires, bounded_by (the document's table lists twelve rows across its two pages; the count on this page follows the table).

§13Validation and Experimental Program

A theory becomes defensible by surviving attempted failure. Twelve priority experiments, each with a method and a primary output. Click one.

Select an experiment.
Cross-domain validation matrix (§13.2) — eight domains

§14Build Roadmap — The 180-Day Program

Evidence-first enough to prevent theory drift, visual and architectural enough to expose gaps early. Nine phases, each with a window and an exit artifact. The program-tracker checkboxes are a planning template in this browser, not project state.

First 10 Operator Actions (§14.2)
  1. Freeze the canonical object schema and source registry before mass export.
  2. Generate immutable exports from each platform; do not rely on copy-pasted summaries.
  3. Select a representative pilot corpus containing foundational, contradictory, implemented, and abandoned material.
  4. Build the Master Adaptive Intelligence Map from the v0.1 canon and this blueprint.
  5. Create the alias, contradiction, decision, experiment, and implementation registers.
  6. Run dual extraction: one deterministic pass and one model-assisted pass; compare omissions and hallucinations.
  7. Map every Neuruh component to implemented, partial, specified, implied, or unknown status.
  8. Implement adaptive-resolution retrieval before attempting broad autonomous reasoning.
  9. Run falsification experiments before claiming novelty or universality.
  10. Release v0.2 as a delta with decision receipts, not as a rewritten clean-room manifesto.

§15Risk Register and Failure Modes

Fifteen named risks, each with its failure shape and its control. Click a row to pin its control.

Select a risk.

§16Definition of Done

The system is not complete when all documents exist. It is complete when the representations agree, can be traced, can be executed, and can update one another without losing lineage. Four gates:

A–DAppendices

Final operating principleDo not merely endure pressure, collect information, or accumulate documents. Instrument the pressure, preserve the evidence, compress with declared loss, retrieve at adaptive resolution, and require every claimed emergence to survive transfer and falsification.

Also in the appendices: the Eight-Volume Canon (§11) — Theory, Formal Model, Evidence Atlas, Visual Atlas, Engineering Specification, Experimental Laboratory, Archive Reconstruction, IP and Commercialization — separate views over one shared object model, never eight conflicting silos. Repository tree (Appendix C) mirrors those volumes under adaptive-intelligence/ with governance, schemas, ontology, corpus, graph, services, apps, experiments, docs, and tests.
